USA Select Registration

We would like for you to please read a short Letter from Sean, it will answer many of your questions. When done please print and complete the linked Registration Document completely. You will be required to bring it to the tryout with your registration fee of $225.00 at the door, $200.00 if pre paid on line in advancefor all camps except the final selection camp. If you have been selected from a preliminary camp to attend the final camp, your initial payment will be deducted from the final camps $325.00 fee leaving a balance owed of $100.00. If you are only attending the final selection camp, the registration fee will be $325.00. Payments may be in the form of cash, certified check or money order only, PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You may also mail your completed form and fee in advance to:

In addition, USA Select will now be accepting PayPal payments to make the processing of all fees easier.

You are required to be covered by medical insurance. By completing this form you are signing confirmation that you are covered by your own health/accident insurance and you are in good health and release Team USA Select Basketball from all liabilities.s.

Any and all players participating in USA Select Basketball events, internationally or domestically, do so at their own risk. All players will sign medical release forms,  hold harmless release forms and acknowledge that they are in good health and are covered by health insurance. USA Select, nor its’ management may be held liable to injury or illness. Any players/participants that do not adhere to our code of conduct will be removed with out warning. We will only accept players that can represent the Untied States of America will elegance, poise and class. We do not guarantee any contracts or professional signings, only the opportunity to compete and be seen. Any assumption otherwise is unwarranted!
